Ripley Guitars was the brainchild of guitarist, guitar builder, engineer, music artist, and Tulsan Steve Ripley (a little over a decade before his Grammy-nominated band “The Tractors”).
Prominently featuring his personal invention: the stereo guitar, which was played by guitarists including Eddie Van Halen, JJ Cale, Ry Cooder, Vince, Gill, Dweezil Zappa, and Steve Lukather!
And fun fact: Steve is the father of Ida Red owner Angelene Ripley Wright!
