Each design is hand-drawn with collaborative input from a group of passionate alumni, fans, faculty, and locals. We have worked with each school's licensing department, president's office, athletics department, and alumni to capture and illustrate the essence of the college.
Then, each licensed design is embroidered, scanned using state-of-the-art equipment, and then artfully printed on crisp, museum-quality paper.
With each purchase, a percentage of sales are donated back to each respective school, funding scholarships, student activities, or recreational programs.

Once the package has left Ida Red and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays within USPS and UPS. We apologize for any delays, and appreciate your patience at this time, but please understand that their delays are beyond our control.
RETURN POLICY: Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your new goodies! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Sale items are final.
RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of when your package arrived. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS: To return an item, please email customer service at hello@idaredgeneralstore.com or call (918) 949-6950. Unless instructed otherwise, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS: Please note any sale items as well as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered FINAL SALE items.
