Those who grew up in Tulsa will remember the holiday wonderland that was Utica Square in the wintertime! Nowhere was a more popular destination for Christmas shoppers than the luxury retailer Miss Jackson's.

For over 100 years, Miss Jackson’s was a symbol of sophistication and style, known for its refined shopping experience, upscale fashion, and luxurious gift selections. In 1910, Nelle Jackson opened a lingerie shop on the balcony of a jewelry store, but the shop quickly became so popular that it outgrew the space. The retailer moved through multiple locations over the decades that followed, finally settling in Tulsa's Utica Square in 1965. Jackson's selection expanded to include luxury apparel & accessories, to even homewares. After 105 years of providing personalized shopping experiences to the women of Tulsa, Miss Jackson's closed in 2015.

RETURN POLICY: Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your new goodies! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Sale items are final.
RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of when your package arrived. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS: Please note any sale items as well as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered FINAL SALE items.
