When the lights go out, the Glow Edition comes to life. The specially applied glow coating charges quickly under ordinary indoor lighting—no sunlight required. Immediately after the lights are turned off, the glow shines brilliantly before gradually fading to a softer glow that can remain visible for hours.
As with every authentic Kit-Cat Klock, the BC-1-Glow is proudly made in America and features the famous rolling eyes, wagging tail, and cheerful smile that have delighted generations since 1932.
Once the package has left Ida Red and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays within USPS and UPS. We apologize for any delays, and appreciate your patience at this time, but please understand that their delays are beyond our control.
RETURN POLICY: Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your new goodies! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Sale items are final.
RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of when your package arrived. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS: Please note any sale items as well as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered FINAL SALE items.
