For years, Tulsans would come to Ida Red searching for snow globes with fond memories of the ones produced by Saks Fifth Avenue years ago. As helpful folks, we tried to find something to appease our beautiful customers, but found nothing in the market. So we had to do something about it! Ida Red’s owner, Angelene Wright, decided to take matters into her own hands. In 2016, she designed her first edition depicting our downtown. The beautiful globes arrived just in time for the holiday season, and with their hand-painted details, astounding quality, and protective custom packaging, elation would be an understatement. Tears of joy were shed the day we unboxed them for the first time. Ever since then, it’s been a nearly annual tradition to create a new limited edition snow globe for the holidays, celebrating a different element of T-Town. Many Ida customers have taken to collecting each edition!

Once the package has left Ida Red and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays within USPS and UPS. We apologize for any delays, and appreciate your patience at this time, but please understand that their delays are beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY: Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your new goodies! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of when your package arrived. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS: To return an item, please email customer service at hello@idaredgeneralstore.com or call (918) 398-6700. Unless instructed otherwise, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS: Please note any sale items as well as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered FINAL SALE items.
